- 2 slices of bread
- 1 mozzarella
- 80 grams of sliced ham
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of origano
- Toast the bread in a pan strewing the oil on.
- Slice the mozzarella in the meanwhile.
- Once the bread is properly toasted interpose the ham first and origano topped mozzarella then between its slices.
Fast and natural source of energy. Vegans and vegetarians can substitute mozzarella with tofu and seitan instead of ham ;)
